Alright Guys, Here's me with the new Qualifications/Certifications. This time these are some bad boys. First thing is, this time if you want a qualification, shoot me or Major Furey Campellone a PM and we'll send you the questions/scenario. For each different one the test will be different and I shall modify the tests every time even if it is one question.
Second thing on the agenda, there will be three tiers of that qualification making it more effective as it improves. You maybe wondering how you are get to the next tier. Well let's just say the second advancement is a surprise and I will inform you once you fill the requirements and this will require an amount of CP. The third and final tier will be achieved by the number of times you use the qualification or when I see that you are proficient enough with it.
It may all seem complicated. But bet you guy's can't wait to see the Qualifications. Here you go!
Radio Operator (Technician 5th Grade) > Signal Corps Radio Operator (Tech Sergeant) > Experienced Signal Corps Radio Operator
Tier 1: Will be able to call for reinforcements consisting of one squad of six privates on the 25th post of a combat thread and have the moderator will decide when the enemy will come to your aid and where from the map they enter.
Tier 2: This will decrease the amount of posts from 25 to the 20th. Your reinforcements will come surely within two rounds from where you asked for reinforcements.
Tier 3: The final upgrade will allow you to bring a certain type of weapon with the squad. (Machine Guns +Bazooka's Only) and you have the power to control where the enemy comes in. (Terms apply)
Engineer (Corporal)> Master Engineer (Tech Sergeant)> Experienced Master Engineer
Tier 1: This qualification will prevent your gun from jamming most of the time. Will have extra ammo for MG's and Bazooka's. And will be able to fix minor vehicle damage.
Tier 2: This will upgrade your fixing skills and you are able to fix to up to moderate levels of damage on vehicles. (Tanks not included) and will be able to purchase vehicles (Tanks not included) for 3/4 of their original price.
Tier 3: The final tier of this qualification will make sure you can fix major damage if it is fixable. You will receive two special minor engineer NPC's. And you will be able to buy vehicles for half the price with this upgrade.
Sharpshooter (All Ranks) > Sniper > Experienced Sniper
Tier 1: You get the ability to use a sniper rifle. You will also get a ghilie suit. And you also get the ability to hide during a battle until you are discovered.
Tier 2: You will get a spotter with this upgrade. You will be also able to sneak around better with this and will be hard to spot from far away even accidentally.
Tier 3: You will be awarded binoculars (If not already with you) with this upgrade and you will be able to spot hidden enemy troops for your allies. Sniper rifle's get cheaper by 3/4 of the original price.
Demolition Trainee(Private) > Demolition Expert(Tech Sergeant) > Experienced Demolition Expert
Tier 1: You will receive two explosives which you can plant anywhere to make it blow up. There are no guarantees that the explosion will happen as you are still training in the art of demolition. You can use land mine's now. (You must buy this item first - this item is only for Demolitioners only now.)
Tier 2: Your explosives have almost 100% chance to explode when you want to. You can use land mines more effectively and you are also more experienced in using Bazooka's/Panzerschecks.
Tier 3: You get three explosives which you can place on the map now. You are also able to defuse explosives now and you have an extra damage bonus agaisn't vehicles.
Strategist (2nd LT)> Adept Strategist (Captain) > Experienced Strategist
Tier 1: Ability to purchase NPC's at 3/4 price. Strategist also has a less chance of putting the army you are commanding in a state of panic.
Tier 2: This upgrade allows you to be more accurate with the way you want your squad to behave. Meaning your squad can be more careful or reckless with confidence and less negative effects. (Paranoia or Overconfidence) Your men will also be more wary and will retreat/regroup/fire automatically depending on the situation.
Tier 3: You can buy any unit (Medic/Engineer/Pilot) for 3/4 of the price. And you also have the passive upgrade for your unit to be promoted to Corporals and Sergeant. Morale will stay up in even hard situations.
Trooper(Private) > Skilled Marksman(Corporal)> Experienced Marksman
Tier 1: The first upgrade in this that you are more versatile in battle now. You can use almost all weapons effectively now. You are able to buy two primary weapons or secondary weapons. (One or the either)
Tier 2: In the second tier, the above penalty is removed and you can carry four. You have a 40% increased effectiveness in using weapon modifications and you also get the winter and black clothing from the shop to use for youself.
Tier 3: For the last tier you get two passive upgrades of first having the ability of buying guns at 3/4 of their original price and also the upgrade of scavenging enemy weapons from the battle more often than others, (Conditions Apply) in battle Moderators will inform you if you have the chance to pick up a weapon in battle which you can take or leave.
Tank Commander (2nd LT)> Adept Tank Commander > Experienced Tank Commander
Tier 1: Achieving the first tier allows your character to purchase the character's first tank for 1/2 off! All following tanks are for 3/4 off. Remember use the form below to apply the discounts.
Tier 2: Reaching the second tier of a tank commander will allow you to have better control of your tank and will increase the success chance of shots and have improved maneuvering.
Tier 3: Your character will be allowed to take a second NPC controlled tank into the battle which will follow all your instructions and tier 3 also allows 3/4th off armor upgrades!
NOTES: Well there it is guys. You may have noticed something about discounts? This is applicable one way only. Fill out this form which is after this and send it to me, Heydrich or Furey Campellone we will deduct your CP accordingly and give you your item with the discount added. Please make sure you have enough CP on your account before sending us your form.
And remember if you purchase anything that you should not have. We will be monitoring and take it away from you. eg: Having a higher class warship than you should.
If you already have a Qualification you will change over to the new one. eg: 'Engineer's will be the new 'engineer'.
The one exception is the old 'Skilled Marksman' has a choice of either being a sniper or a trooper. Please leave in the comments below what your choices are. You will be PM'd for this also guys.
All Scenarios are required to get a 80 Percent to pass
Don't expect earning any of these are gonna be easy to earn.
