Headquarters stood at a 4 story high mansion, constructed with marble, concrete and wood. The three used together created an astonishing structure that would help hold up for a while. Inside the mansion layed over 10 rooms. Kitchens to bedrooms and even to several bathrooms, this building was perfect for the 9th SS to situate in. With Officers and those alike inside the mansion, there were also Maids, Servants and even entertainers that sometimes would be put to use inside the mansion. Large garages, larger then average size housed several vehicles used by the officers of the 9th. This mansion, would provide shelter for those a high rank in the 9th SS.
Egbert Von Schmit commanding officer of the 9th SS, slowly awaken from a beauty sleep. His eyes twitched, while his left hand swiftly rubbed against his forehead. The gunk in his eyes, would slowly disappear after being rubbed away with his other hand. His strong legs quickly moved to the side, hanging over the side of his bed. His feet, touching down to the wood planked floor below. The cotton sheets pushed away from his body, was placed helplessly on top of the rest. Schmit slowly moved himself onto his feet, standing straight up from the ground. His feet shoulder width apart, and his arms hanging on his sides.
As he moved towards the wood-fabricated dresser in front of his bed, he was confronted by one of servants outside.
"Good morning Sir, I will have a meal ready for you, It shall be waiting downstairs in the living room, along with some fresh brewed coffee."
"Thank you, be sure to get something to eat yourself."
Egbert smiled towards the kind female, quickly looking back to the dresser. Its large wooden complex, stored Egbert's clothes and other accessories that he had placed there. With a quick move, Egbert grabbed his clothing and shower kit and headed down to the bathroom.
After some time in the bathroom, Egbert walked out in Combatant, SS uniform. Inside his pockets were writing utensils, a field manual and several other materials that rendered useful towards him. After departing from the bathroom, Egbert was quickly greeted with a salute to the fuhrer. A swift thrust, would oddly show respect to those above Egbert. Even then, this is the military, and the military chooses to do whatever they may like.
Sounds of sharp clicks were echoed through the hallways of the mansion, alerting all those around. This was usually a sign of an officer, or a NCO. But whatever it may be, those near should be alert to whoever it may be. Egbert calmly walked towards the living room, quickly be flashed with the smell of bacon and eggs. A brilliant combination for the morning meal of the day. Along with his meal, sat a mug filled with fresh brewed coffee. Schmit swiftly removed his SS cap from his head, and took his seat in the living room. In front of him sat his meal, coffee, a napkin and of course, his eating utensils. With his left hand, he grabbed the napkin to his right, unfolded it and placed it on his lap. He then took his knife in his right hand, and his fork in his left. In the next 10 minutes, Egbert would feast on his breakfast meal.
