After testing out his rifle, Rolf decided to have some R&R at the barracks. He had recently been granted a squad of soldiers, and was anxiously waiting their arrival, wanting to train them to their limits. But that wasn't for a few hours, so there's another reason to rest. Walking from the forest was hard work, with his rifle, knife, shovel, and deer meat that he still had. "Why didn't I leave my shovel at my bunk," Rolf thought, "That would have been a lot smarter." Finally reaching the barracks, he saw his open bag on his bed, most of the contents taken. Looking around and seeing only some private reading a magazine, Rolf decided to try some interrogation. "Was taten Sie mit meinem Zeug, privat? Es war hier in meiner Tasche, als ich abreiste, und jetzt es gegangen ist. What'd tun Sie damit?" The private was very startled by this, as Rolf had also taken the private's magazine. The private was so scared, that he just froze in sheer terror. Rolf, waiting for an answer, started to look for his posessions in the private's belongings. Finally, the private gave an answer. "Ich weiß nicht, was mit Ihrem Besitz, Herrn geschah. Ich kam gerade hier vor ein paar Minuten, und es war dem, Herrn ähnlich. Bitte, Herr, machen Sie mich nicht verantwortlich." Rolf, looking into the private's eyes, and seeing that he was telling the truth, Rolf muttered an apology, and gave the private back his magazine. Not wanting to miss the theif, Rolf, went outside the barracks, and looked for suspicious individuals Translations: Was taten Sie mit meinem Zeug, privat? What'd tun Sie damit? What did you do with my stuff, private? It was here, in my bag, when I left, and now it's gone. What'd you do with it? Bitte, Herr, machen Sie mich nicht verantwortlich I do not know what happened to your belongings, sir. I just got here a few minutes ago, and it was like that, sir. Please, sir, do not blame me.

It was about midday and the sun was out. One of the first sunny days they'd had this year. Dagmar had just got out of a long, tedious meeting about why it was absolutely essential that all beds in camp must be made as soon as the men get out of bed. Somehow a meeting about such a small thing had lasted 2 and a half hours and by the end of it Dagmar was ready to jump out the window. But it had finally ended and now he was going to do a quick inspection of the barracks. "hello sir" said two scharführers walked past and saluted him. "hey" he said back. Walking on and looking around the courtyard he saw a oberscharführer looking around and looking a bit distressed. He recognized him, he was from the same division as Dagmar. "I think he is the commander of 3rd platoon" he thought to himself. "Hey, can i help oberscharführer?" said John curtly approaching the man... //*-+-*// Jmac //*-+-*//

Being very distressed and flustered at the recent incident that had occurred, Rolf did not notice the Scharführer come up behind him, and ask, "Do you need help, Oberscharführer?" Rolf was startled, and jumped for his knife, when he saw that is was just a Scharführer. He seemed familiar, maybe they were in the same division. Anyway, Rolf put the knife back in its sheath, and responded, "Yes, any help would be greatly appreciated. It seems that while I was at the shooting range, someone came in my barracks and stole all my possessions. They had letters and pictures from my family, and all of my hygiene products. I want them found. By the way, what is your name?" Rolf, while waiting for a response, looked at the Scharführer. Yes, he was definitely in the same division, the 1st Fallschirmjäger Division. But Rolf couldn't quite remember which platoon he was in. He couldn't even remember his name.

Kurt walked around the barracks with nothing important to do. He thought about trying out his new gun and knife in the woods but he was to tired to travel all the way over and into the woods. So he kept on aimlessly walking around until he found two of his comrades taking looking worried and stressed. He decided to walk over and talk. "Was falsche Kameraden ist?“ He questioned. OOC:(OOC: Just Decided To Join In On This One, If Thats Fine With You Guys.)[/size] BIC: It was a late afternoon. A Little breeze infact, with a bit of clouds starting to form above the military base. It seemed that it might have rained. Strolling along the barracks, Egbert Von Schmit came apon a certain barrack. He had seen a puzzled man, shook with anger. It also seemed to be an officer there, he wasnt sure who it might have been, but decided to see it anyways. Arriving To The Man a soldier near by shouted out, " Aufmerksamkeit! ". The men reacted but Schmit made a jesture to relax. After so the Oberscharführer had said to The Other Officer, " Ja irgendeine Hilfe würde großartig geschätzt werden. Es scheint, dass während ich am Erschießungsbereich war, ist jemand meines ausbuht hereingekommen und hat meine ganzen Besitze gestohlen. Sie haben Briefe und Bilder von meiner Familie, und allen von meinen Hygieneprodukten gehabt. Ich will sie haben gefunden. Übrigens was ist Ihr Name“?. Listening to this, Schmit shouted out, " Gut Lässt Im, der Nicht Zu Geht, Die Teilung Verwickeln Noch, Im Sicher Sie Dürften Verlegt Haben Es. With his question answered, Kurt jogged off to search for the man's belongings. He looked around the barracks, with no results he headed to the local pub to relax and think about where to search. He walked down a path looking at the clouds forming sighing "Wo könnten sie sein?". Translation Wo könnten sie sein Where could they be

"Sir, ich bin mir sicher, ohne jeden Zweifel, dass ich nicht verlegen meine Besitztümer. Wenn ich in der Lage zu verlieren Punkte, wäre ich nicht in den Fallschirmjägern. Ich bin sicher, dass sie gestohlen wurden, und ich möchte, dass sie gefunden werden. und ich möchte jeden, der verantwortlich war zu Gerichts-marshalled sofort." Rolf was annoyed that a high ranking officer could think that is was even possible that a paratrooper of the Reich could lose anything. It was an insult to him, his division, the paratroopers in general, and the Reich. Rolf had a lot of pride being in the Fallschirmjägern. He didn't care who he yelled at, only that they knew that he wouldn't tolerate getting insulted in such a horrendous manner in his time of desperation. And to think, that someone that he trusted had stolen his posessions from him. Who would have the nerve to steal from a Fallschirmjägern anyway? Rolf hoped that whoever did steal his stuff was caught before he got to them. Sir, I am certain, without any doubt, that I did not misplace my possessions. If I were capable of losing items, i would not be in the paratroopers. I am certain that they were stolen, and I want them found. And I want anyone who was responsible to be court-marshalled immediately.

Klaus nervously looked for someone to report the stash of Items he had just found under a Evergreen tree in the nearby woods. There was pictures, personal items, and a couple of other things in a little pile that had been horridly hidden by a couple handfuls of dirt and a branch. They looked as if they had been a officers, so he was anxious that he would be blamed. He had left them there, but now he was questioning if that was the right thing to do. He rounded a corner and saw a couple comrades yelling at each other and approached them. " Sirs, I have found some personal items under a tree outside." He said, stammering a little. " Do you know who I can report this finding to?"

As Rolf was arguing with the officer about his insulting the paratroopers, a young man walked up to them, saying that he had found some items hastily buried in through woods. Rolf, completely forgetting the officer who had insulted him, Rolf said to the man, "You may report your findings to me. I am the one who has lost his posessions to a lowly thief and any information leading to their finding would be greatly rewarded. Please show me where you found them and tell me what was there as we are going there." Rolf got some money ready as he started following this man who had found his posessions.

Klaus couldn't imagine his luck of approaching the very officer that had lost his belongings. "Sir, right this way" Klaus said to the officer. They made there way outside. His pale blue eyes hurt as always when he stepped out into the sun. The barracks was deserted and the forest was no different. They made there way, walking on the main path. Finally the group found the evergreen tree. "This is it, sir. I hope all your belongings are there sir." Klaus said to the officer. "Do you have any idea who might have taken you items?"

Rolf couldn't believe it when he saw his items back in his posession. He looked down and saw that all his items were there except for a bottle of vodka he had gotten from a Russian P.O.W. Oh well, let the theif get busted for posession of alcohol. Then the man asked Rolf if everything was there and if he knew who stole it. Rolf looked the man in the eyes and said to him,"Yes everything I need is in here. I thank you very much for your help. If there is anything I can do to help you, than say it and I shall help. As for the identity of the theif, I have no idea, but I want to know who stole them. I'll order an investigation immediately to find out who did this terrible crime to a soldier of the Third Reich." Rolf started to gather up his belongings and put them back in his bag, and slung it over his shoulder.

Klaus watched nervously as the officer examined the items at the base of the tree. After about five minutes, he stood up and said that they were all his and if there was anything that he could do to repay him. Klaus was humbled from this offer. " Sir, I am just honered to help a fellow soldier. The honer of helping an officer reclaim whats his is a gift enough." he said, thinking he sounded quite sappy.

Thinking the man sounded sappy and that the line was lifted off a tasteless American move, Rolf inisisted that he be repaid. "I am serious. I am endebted to you. I would like to recompensate you for your time and trouble in helping me find my posessions. Just tell me what you want and you shall have it." After he had said this Rolf thought 'Oh. That sounds like a sappy line from some tasteless American movie. Those Yanks influence us more than we like to think. Oh well what can you do.' Rolf indicated for the man to follow him. "Come, follow me. Let's have a little walk. What is your name, and where do you come from?"

Klaus let out a chuckle as the officer ridiculed his own sentence and asked about him. " I was just thinking the same thing sir. Well my name is Klaus Bachmann." he explained, walking down the path as he spoke. " I am originally from Bavaria, but I moved to Berlin when I was young. I went to law school for a couple of years, then I joined up when I was 21 and here I am now. You?"

"Pleasure to meet you Strummann Bachmann. I am Rolf Blauvelt. I have lived in Berlin my whole life, and have been in the military since I was 18 years old. Why did you join if you had a job as a lawyer, or did you get drafted?" Rolf had a slight smile on his face as he said this. "What do you think of this war we are in?" Rolf asked Bachmann. " I personally think it's a waste of the Anglo-Saxons and the Yanks waste of time. We will win and they will be shut off from the world for years." Maybe Rolf was trying to bait Klaus, maybe not. Honestly, Rolf didn't really know. "And do you have much family to turn to?" Rolf was wondering now how Klaus would respond to so many questions. Rolf was trying to judge Klaus as well as find out some info, as Rolf was really interested in all these answers. He liked to know the men he was with, even if they weren't commanded by him.
