Winters was instantly greeted by two salute's, by which he walked up the Williams, returning the salute and said "1st Sergeant, I would like you or one of your men to run back to the HQ Immediately and notify HQ of the attack, and how many estimated plans there were" Winters turned over to James and Returned hi salute and asked, "You ok boy?" Winters then sat down and waited for what HQ had to say about it, when his Messenger returned.

"Understood." Were the only words that Williams spoke. From there, he simply nodded in the direction of Warren to follow the Colonels orders. 'Yes sir.' said the private, as he began to run to the HQ. 'So..' thought Williams, walking torwards the target range once again, pulling out a grease gun and loading a clip into it. Firing a good 200 feet down the range, Williams unloaded a 30 round clip in mere seconds. Every shot scored bullseye, with the exception of two, who made it mere millimeters outside of it.

"Good Sir" James said as he looked around the camp. James looked around for something he could use as a target, he spotted a broken crate. James walked over to it, bashed it into smaller peices, and shaped it with his knife. James took his make shift "German" out to the firing ranges, where he planted it in a nice spot, and walked back to collect his M1. James grabbed his M1, and headed back down to the ranges, where he began firing on his target.

William made sure that his men were okay. "A bombing like this might lead before an attack." He walked over to Winters. "Sir, I'm going on patrol with my men. Just to make sure they aren't launching a ground attack." He saluted and turned, signaling his men to check their gear and keep moving. He started to walk out of the base. The most likely angle for an attack would be the east. A tree line provided good cover for the enemies to move up. And there was only a short distance between the base and the trees. They MGs wouldn't react fast enough. William led his men into the forest and started walking. He hoped he was wrong.

"There's nothing to worry about. They aren't stupid enough to try anything here." said Williams, eying Fox down. Leaning against a tree, Williams called out for a cigarette, and was immediately tossed a small pack. Lighting one of the cigarettes up, Williams took a long drag off of it, holding it in for several seconds before exhaling it in a ring. "So.." were the last words to come out of his mouth, as he looked around. Odd combination, gunpowder and tobacco smell.

William and his men kept walking. He was always nervous. He always had to be prepared. None of the soldiers took this seriously. They walked for a bit before coming to a road. William ordered them to stop. "I hear an engine. Down!" The soldiers hit the ground, all ready with their weapons. A civilian van drove by. William stepped onto the road. The car stopped. He signaled for two of his men to search the back. "So, what are you doing with munitions?" William asked bluntly. Two men pulled him out of the car. "Well I guess this isn't what we were looking for. "Corporal, take Barnes and Dillin and accompany this man and his car back to base. Inform the Colonel that we're continuing our patrol." They went their various ways and the patrol continued. The soldiers began to talk. "I heard Third battalion lost a lot of men. I hope we aren't sent where they went." "Half of the entire battalion was whipped out." William gave them a cold stare and they shut up.
OOC: Hope the thing about 3rd Batt. is okay. Just no members are in there so I thought it'd be fine.

James emptied an entire clip into the makeshift targets head. James put in another magazine, then put the rifle on his right sholder as he walked back towards the Colonel. James looked over in the direction Fox had went, "Think he'll find anything?" James said, he was sure that there was nothing out there, and in maybe a few days to a week, he would be back on the front.

"Sure thing..." said Williams, handing off the pack of cigarettes with a lighter inside the pack. Grabbing another clip, he released the current one. Thump. That was the noise that the clip made as it hit the ground, and simutaniously, Williams jammed another clip in. Shots were fired, and every 5 rounds Williams switched areas on the target. Each shot went perfectly, one to bullseye, and a straight line of 4 in each other marker in each target spot. "Hell no, he won't find anything." said a man in Williams' squad.

The truck drove into the base. The soldiers got out and tossed the driver onto the floor. "Someone lock this Kraut bastard up. He was smuggling munitions. Probably to paratroopers behind lines." Cpl. Patters walked over to Col. Winters and saluted. "Sir, we intercepted these German munitions. Lt. Fox is continuing the patrol." He stood at attention and waited for the Colonel to speak.

Winters was astonished they found something. He immiediately returnd the salute and said "Thank you Corporal, i want them set up in the HQ within 5 minutes for interrogation"! Winters then began gathering his gear to head back to HQ. He grabbed his Thompson, and make sure his 1911 was holstered. Then walked over to a near by jeep. He asked the driver to take him to the HQ. He got in and headed off towards the HQ.

James checked his gear, he didn't have any orders. James was suprised that the Lt had found anything. James took off his helmet, and pushed his hands through his hair, and put his helmet back on. "Sir, orders?" James said to Sergeant Williams. James wondered where his CO had gone to.

Cpl. Patters waved to the soldiers who grabbed the German and entered a jeep. They followed Winter's jeep towards the HQ.
William came to the small down and then started walking back. "Come on. Lets go. Nothing interesting is gonna happen." They started heading back. William returned to the HQ to find the situation on their guest.

OOC: This is a neutral area I think it is time we close the thread, because we this is neutral only, if you want to continue, we need to start this as a regulars skirmish or go back to being at the range, and target practicing.
